Google Adsense Revenue Stream

Google Adsense

I am amazed by how much advertising revenue Google Adsense pulls in. I highly recommend creating a Google Adsense account if you have any amount of traffic to your website or blog at all.

Three steps to setting up your Google Adsense revenue stream:

  1. After creating an account, you can use Google’s online tools to easily create a code snippet of the right size, color, etc.
  2. Then, add the code snippet to your website. Google will almost immediately start populating it with ads on your site. It’s a really intelligent system that chooses ads that are largely relevant to your web page’s content.
  3. Frequently monitor your Google Adsense account to ensure the ad revenue is flowing smoothly. Feel free to make tweaks to your advertisements using Google’s tools. You can also add Google referral ads that will generate even more revenue than the straight Pay Per Click (PPC) revenue. With referral ads, you choose which advertisers can be displayed on your site but there is one catch: the visitor has to convert in order to make money. Sometimes the conversion is signing up for an email newsletter. Conversion can also be closing a sale.

Google has really created a fantastic set of tools that enable the most highly efficient advertising model I have ever seen before. Try it out!
